Supporting Modern Foreign Languages in a secondary school
Jose Picardo is a teacher of Spanish in a secondary school, who uses animation with his pupils to encourage them to use Spanish creatively. The short clip demonstrates the ways in which his pupils are motivated to work creatively at school and at home. This video clip shows a Spanish language resource constructed by a pupil. The animation is delightful, but this is meant to be about language learning, so perhaps the most important part of this clip is the teacher’s comment at the end: “and the Spanish is perfect. Spot on. Well done!”
