Personal Statement
After studying at Hornsey College of Art, I taught Art and Design in schools and colleges for 14 years. Subsequently I worked as an ICT advisor and worked in industry. Theo is now an independent consultant and researcher in educational technology. I have has worked closely with the University of Hull since 2002, writing and developing a range of University courses related to educational use of digital media and new technologies, including broadcast media and Web 2.0.
ICT Interests
I am a consultant and researcher in educational technology. My expertise is in Video for Learning. My current research explores how online video tools can be integrated with social media and web technologies to enhance learning.
I am exploring the components of digital literacy including social media, video, digital content and, digital archives, and how they can be integrated with social media and web technologies to enhance learning.
