Personal Statement
Terry Freedman is an ICT advisor involved in all aspects of ICT advice, including skills training, consultancy, evaluation of ICT provision, and pre and post OFSTED work. He is author of a number of publications including Managing ICT, Make Time with IT, and 10 other books. He is also a regular contributor to InteracTive, Managing Schools Today and several other periodicals as well as author of the website ictineducation.org which won the November Educational Site of the Month MirandaRose Award, and the free newsletter Computers in Classrooms. He has also been consulted by the DfEE in connection with its work on using ICT to reduce the burden of bureaucracy on teachers.
His current publication is a free e-book on the subject of using computers in classrooms and contains nearly 200 pointers to good practice. Details at: http://www.ictineducation.org/
