Personal Statement

I am Ling Hu, I have finished my PhD study this year and is now back to China for work. I m currently working on the influence of ICT in higher education in China.  My research will be particularly focused on the influence of ICT to teacher and to the management of ICT in higher education.  

 

ICT Interests

I had several projects related to ICT from as early as 2000. The first several projects were about the application of ICT for courseware design and web-based self directed learning environment construction.

recently, my attention goes to two aspects related to language teaching, namely EFL. The first issue is about computer based language testing. The second is about pedagogical behaviours in ICT rich classrooms.

 

Recent Projects

Two projects in process are computer based English Placement Test for college student in Hunan University and the Virtual Campus and Cyberculture in Chinese higher education
