What is the difference between integrating ICT in teaching and learning and embedding ICT in teaching and learning?

I think when ICT is used as an 'optional' resource in teaching and learning is INTEGRATION.
while, when ICT becomes an integral component of teaching, assessment, learning and management is EMBEDDING. Also, in embedding academic/educational objectives cannot be achieved without ICT .
