Ambassadors for ACTIVlearning

Summary:

 This paper describes developments in the MirandaNet-Promethean Ambassadors project, a worldwide study to evaluate the impact of Promethean's interactive whiteboard technology on pupils' achievement and on the transformation of the learning experience in schools.   The study involves schools, teachers and pupils in China, Mexico, South Africa and the United Kingdom. It began in January 2005 and is due to be completed in September 2007.   The paper identifies trends and developments common to all of the countries and phases of education.
